Missing or Damaged Packages
All packages are perfectly packed and sealed at our warehouse before they are shipped to you. In order to ensure a pleasant shopping experience please take the following steps:
- Upon receipt, please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are any signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit.
- We request you to not sign and accept if you are concerned about the condition of the shipment. Instead, hand the package back to the courier and contact our Customer Service +923083616661 to get the package replaced.
- Make a video of the package while opening the plastic flyer and unboxing the product. This step would help us accommodate in case the product is damaged or missing.If you find that the product in the box is tampered with or missing when you open the package, please contact our Customer Service at +92 308 3616661 within 12 hours of receiving the shipment.

- We do not currently ship order to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required for delivery.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
